This is where you want to explain a little about the job. Make sure that whatever text you put in here is in between the ‘em’ tags—>

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Here is where you put a list of requirements. Press return after the end of each one so that it knows when to start another item. Again, make sure that anything you put in here is in between the ‘ol’ tags.
You have a deep understanding of the mathematical underpinnings of information retrieval (e.g. vector
space models, semantic analysis, term interdependence)
Demonstrated experience working on a production level, high-volume IR system such as a search
engine, including vertical search.
You have a passion for development.
You have significant professional coding experience (5+ years), including Java development on large
scale, high-volume sites.
You are an excellent communicator and enjoy collaborating with others.
You can take a task and deliver on it.
You appreciate Agile development methodologies, such as short-development iterations, test driven
development and refactoring.
You’re educated (BS/MS in Computer Science or other technical degree).
Bonus points if you have experience with web crawling.
Extra bonus points if you’re fun to be around.

Same thing here, I guess. We offer highly competitive compensation package including equity in this early-stage startup with outstanding
backers.
